Fermented lika a Vienna lager, then hopped like an American pale ale.
Dry hopped. 35 IBU.

The colour is gold, the liquid hazy. The low head is off-white. Some lacing occurs.
The smell got raw flavours of mixed hops, citric, yeast and a touch of sulphur. Still it manages to give a clean impression.
Notes of cookies and pleasant bitterness in the taste. Some tartness, lime? The body is lighter than expected. The flavours are balanced and rather straight on. Some sweetness in the aftertaste as well as some lemonade and puff pastry.
The carbonation is light, few large fresh bubbles. Medium smooth liquid.
A gulpable beer, although I had hoped for even more flavours and a bit more complexity.
