Had this on 2029-11-28 near Pittsburgh, PA from a fresh growler.
A - Clear mahogany with a tan head
S - Honey graham cracker, caramel
T - Toasted bread, earthy spice, caramel. Somewhat bitter for the style.
M - Medium body and feel
O - A pleasant, spicy example of the style.

Draft pour in 1 liter mug was root beer brown with 3 finger off-white creamy head. Heavenly caramel and malt aroma. Mild taste of bread, caramel and malt. Very light hop taste on the tail end. Moderate to light body and carbonation. This is a very balanced brew to quaff a few. But alas , , , there is the German food I had to make room for.
