This is the beer Hofbrau will have if they've emptied one seasonal, but aren't quite ready to start their new seasonal. So if you want to catch this, its best to go at the end or very beginning of any given month.
A-cloudy gold, thick foamy white head
S-a very strong grainy scent with a light hint of corn
T-tastes like liquid bread, very grainy but very smooth. there's a lasting after-taste of corn and grain
M-medium to heavy carbonation that is very creamy, dry finish
D-its a good thing the ABV is so low because wow this goes down so quickly and easily! the taste isn't revolutionary, but after a few of these it won't matter. this is a really fun beer to have long sessions with.
