Bought this beer at the local Carrefour Supermarket
Poured it into a Chimay chalice, leaving a 2 inches head fading fast.
Smells and taste is a nice flowery and pear aromas.
I liked it. Not mind blowing but still an interesting Belgian pale ale that I’d totally purchase again.
Cheers.

Clear golden yellow with plenty of white foam in the Champagne glass. Pleasingly sudsy mouthfeel. Nose of bubblegum and something flowery. Moderately yeasty with a distinct dry finish. Flavors of light pear and grain. A little hot.
Overall a decent thirst quenching beer with some Belgian character. Manufactured by Heineken and purchased at a French supermarket.

A thirst quencher this beauty most certainly is! Tasted this little Affli'gem' while in France on a hot spring day, what a treat.
Light floral aroma, like wild flowers. A real elderflower taste to this one too.
So smooth and greatly refreshing on the tongue, nice look with a small retaining head, a real treat, one of my favourite blondes.....not including women, but you get the picture! Try it!

Look: golden look with a big white head
Smell : Really flowery, a bit alcoholic
Taste: flowery hops, elderflowers, low malt taste
Feel: quite round
Overall : a quite good "crossover" beer, the quality of affligem beers with a good flowery taste
