Copenhagen 20/2 2022. 33 cl bottle from Beerdealer web-shop. Blue label with a off-white rhombus with the name of beer, brewery and logo.

Pours slightly unclear yellow with a huge white head. Stable. Settles as uneven, lumpy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a yeasty scent. Sweet pale malts, caramel and toffee. Musty cellar and citrus.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a light bitter undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.

Sweetish and appropriately boozy Triple.

Appearance is a little disappointing as I was expecting a blooming great foaming head, and I got a small lager like dusting.

Aroma is mild given its 9% proof. Sweet, lightly floral with a twist of wintery spices. Not bad at all.

Taste is pleasing, same sweet floral notes carry through from the aroma, a nice alco hit and a lingering aftertaste. Definitely this beers strong point.

Feel is a little dry, leaves a furring on the tongue.

Overall this is a reasonably good beer, just too many better alternatives in the Belgian Tripels for this to be a contender.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a huge top of white head that dissolves slowly and leaves some sticky lacings on the glass.
Aroma is yeast, white bread, apples, citrus, banana, honey and herbs.
The taste is fruity and sweet with some peppery yeast notes and some dry herbal notes. The finish is slightly grassy bitter with a nice lenght in the aftertaste.
Soft and smooth mouthfeel with a medium carbonation and a medium body.
An absolutelly good and easy drinking triple, but it is pretty basic.

L- Mid-amber, clear, pours with 1Cm white head (ps. which holds very well).
S- A hint of slightly sour fruit plus a broad light toasty malt smell.
T- For a 9% Tripel it's pretty 'bright', ie the hopping is more prominent on the palate than expected. That then leads into alternating rich and slightly sour notes within each sip.
F- It's 9% and that comes through with the richness too. Ideal as a winter-warmer slow-sipping type beer.
O- It's nice, very drinkable. I wish I could ID more specific elements within it's flavour palate, but that is likely down to my usual winter+central heating congestion. I'd happily drink again if someone offered me one!... but at £3.99 retail it's not going to make a repeat buy.
ps. Review written before reading brewers tasting notes or any other reviews here in this listing.

De Belgiuminabox. En caliz de La Trappe. Viendo Bohemian Rhapsody. 15 meses pasada de fecha. No tiene el tipico perfil de tripel. Es suave en boca, equilibrada, con ricas notas a mermelada y alcohol muy bien oculto

The head of a large, fine and medium blistering, long-term.
floral scent, slightly acidic and resinous.
In taste, in turn, you can feel slightly fruits, including oranges and, like the aroma burst flower accents.
Very intense bitterness, maybe even a little residual. The finish is strongly marked alcohol, which gives the beer a "focus". Postel Tripel is not so massive and "full" as other beers of this type, there is also prominent. However, it is drunk with pleasure and easily.

Straw blond. Irony smell. Too much alcohol in a too sweet first taste. Faint herbs, some poor yellow fruit. Not a great tripple to my opinion.
