A-Slightly hazy golden brew w/1-finger white head that lasts about 30 seconds and fades entirely.
S-Yeast and malt with spicy coriander and a hint of orange and lemon zest.
T&M-Light malt w/spice, coriander, faint fruit w/dry, hoppy finish. High carbonation that gives an effervescent feel that comes close, but stops short of going overboard. Light-bodied but finish and aftertaste lingers full and rich.
O-Not a classic but drinking this beer makes your mouth feel good. The mouthfeel is the beer's strong point. Pairs well with spicy Asian food.
