De cuerpo y carbonatación media, es una cerveza con un dedo de espuma de buena retención. Aroma a malta, caramelo y frutal. En boca está muy bien equilibrada con un sabor duradero y matizado.

An Ipa beer made as it should be: Ipa Ipa is not fascinated by me but I know people who, yes, and this beer really like them. In addition, it is made by a very good brewery factory

Tasted at Las Buenas Pulgas. Pours a deep golden colour, medium head with long retention, leaving a thin layer on the top. Good lace. Aroma of grapefruits, some tropical fruits and resins, but it has some malty character too, with hints of chocolate. Medium body resiny palate, good carbonation. Dry bitter finish. Taste has some malty character too, amontillado with, citrics, herbs, resins. Different. And good.

Wouldn' really call it an ipa. More of a bitter belgian pale ale.
Drink from the bottle, this ale doesn't show any big interest even though it's not a bad beer. Grainy and floral notes

Had this a few times in the past, now that I gots me a nice fresh bottle, y not review? Listed as 7.2% with a best by date of 6/2016 on the sketchily blood-soaked label.
A - 330ml to a pint glass. The slightest of slight pours leads to a glass full of white foam. Ho boy. Jack, he's a foamy one he is. With time and patience and some even-slighter pours later, a dark orange beer is revealed that's almost brownish in color and chock full-a haze. Head never is less than ~2 fingers and it's not particularly attractive-looking on the whole.
S - Grapefruit, earthy pine resin, some tropical fruit, candy caramel malt. Decent, bit on the faint side.
T - Definitely strong grapefruit and pineapple taking over here with some nice mango-ish tones as well. Some resiny dank, caramel and toasted malt remain, but they are all efficiently tamed from the scent, which is preferable here.
M - Unsurprisingly, it's on the foamy/highly carbonated side, but nowhere near to what the appearance hints towards. Other than that a fine enough body, medium-high bitterness but with a decent malt backbone, a bit on the heavy side for the ABV, average drinkability overall.
O - Taste-wise, though a bit muddled, this is actually quite good. Pretty decent hop flavors and malt backbone is alright too. Unfortunately the uber-foam kills off a good amount of enjoyability for this one. This may be a batch issue, earlier this year the carbonation was alot more level.
