Brewed to celebrate Cerveceria Freiburg 15th Anniversary. 3 malts & 2 hops in a 55 IBU recipe.Served both on tap & 330ml bottles.Enjoyed,first time, on oct´11.Since then,gallons I´ve got!
Pint glass.Pours dark copper in color.Chill haze,yeast in suspension.Copious yellowish beige froth.Small bubbles.Lasting crown with rocky lacing on sides.Intense fragant aromas:fresh pine,caramel malts, hints of chocolate.Toffee & chocolate upfront followed by subtle fruity flavor,citric hues.Velvet palate.Resiny & astringent finish. Full body. flavorful sensation,medium viscosity. Correct carbonation.Rough & floral aftertaste.Refreshing.Very easy & pleasant drinkability.ABV´s well hidden.
