330 ml bottle from the brewery in Barcelona
The brewer told he particularly likes Rauchbeers and he has developed his own and quite interesting version.
Pours clear golden with creamy head with good retention and excellent thin and patchy lacing covering the whole glass. Aroma is mild smoky and cheesy malt.
Taste is pleasant and rich smoked cheese with rather bittery herbal hops finish and sweetish malty aftertaste. Mouthfel is light with average carbonation.
Overall, very interesting beer, the first time I saw a golden smoked beer and taste is amazing - quite delicate, flavourful and very well balanced.

330ml bottle. Stange glass. Deep amber color & foggy appearance. Yellowish froth creates close crown with good retention. Intense Bamberg aromas & roasted bacon hints rounded by floral notes to the nose. Crispy upfront, malty & smoked flavor. Light body. Moderate to high carbonation. Oily to watery texture. Unctuous maltiness & low bitterness. Dry finish.
