.3 L serving of this unpasteurized beer at Hrod do Police in Prague.

A - near black and near opaque dark mahogany with an ample and durable tan head.

Aroma: relatively intense and definitely enticing medium and dark roasted malt aroma; no burnt tones but a hint of hops, vanilla and caramel.

T - mild dark malts; slighty sweet; fine and lasting malty finish with a hint of hops.

M - smooth; medium carbonation unusual sensation of medium body with a very light tongue feel.

O - an excellent Czech dark lager well worth seeking out.
