New recipe of the ’Jean de Nivelles’, previously brewed at Friart. Shared by Gene.
Pours a very hazy pale yellow color. It is very still, not alot of carbonation.
Aroma is earthy tones, straw, grass, wheat, a little bit of funkiness going on, a little bit of honey.
Flavor is light sour, more earthy notes, floral hops, a citrus dry finish, but not that enjoyable.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied, crisp, but a little off.
