Pours a perfect pitch black with tons of dark chocolaty head that held. I left this beer for about 30 minutes to warm up while drinking another beer, and the head was still present. Thick collar and thick swirls on the top of this bad boy. Aroma is surprisingly coffee forward for a cocoa stout. Bitter chocolate, and very roasty. Taste is roasty up front, coffee behind that, bitter chocolate right behind that. It ends with some of that coffee playing with some natural cocoa flavor. Great thick body and low carbonation.
