Poured from a crowler into a tulip.
A. Pours a very transparent golden amber color with a big bublbled white frothy head.
S. Yeasty. Smells like it would be tart. That is about all.
T. Starts slightly tart like rhubarb on the palate then wheaty. Kind of light.
M. Light and crisp. Dry finish.
O. I don't think this is a bad beer so don't get me wrong. But there just isn't alot to it. It has some decent flavor but it's very light. I would say a good hot out in the sun beer. I think nice for going golfing, beach or even mowing the lawn on 95 deg+ day.

Great beer from Proof. As far as Florida Goses go, it ranks right up there with Rapp's, IMO.
Sour with a nice salt kick, and the coriander is right up front. Nicely balanced and super refreshing.
