Pale gold with excellent clarity; two fingers of frothy white foam; very good cap retention; heavy ring; heavy lacing. Lemon peel nose. Light lemony flavor; not sweet nor bitter. Light body; moderate minus carbonation; watery feel. Overall, very light and drinkable: well balanced, but not much here flavor-wise…if you want watery mild flavored pounder, this is your boat beer.

Tasted from a 12 oz can bought in FL.

This is a tasty and well-executed APA. The aromas are fresh hops, reminiscent of orange zest. The flavors are similar, also giving a crisp, fresh impression. Light, drinkable body. I found it solid and enjoyable.

This was right up there with some of the tastier pale ales I have ever had. I had a couple at a small drink and snack shop in the Villages at a happy hour event while visiting my brother-in-law and was surprised to find a draft beer of this caliber being served.

It strikes a nice balance - you know the hops are in there, but it has a smooth finish with the citrus notes (grapefruit was the dominant taste) lurking in the background rather than overpowering the taste. Give it a taste if you come across it.

A: Hazy golden orange color, large pillowy white head, good lacing
S: Floral, citrus
T: Sweetness upfront, hoppy bitterness comes in, I almost get like a cotton candy type sweetness after bitterness subsides, really good
M: Medium
O: I really like this APA. I definitely will check it out again when I make it back to Tallahassee or when they get it up to south GA with their distribution.

One of the best pale ales I have ever had. While you might think it can be an ipa, this pale ale is loaded with hops but offers the most amazingly smooth finish I have had with a beer of this caliber. While you will get some citrus, it won’t be over powering.

Don’t let the appearance fool you....it’s not HIPA, but has all of those smooth qualities. Words are hard on this one. Just try it, you will be impressed!

On tap, in 16oz glass. Poured very nice with nice smell to the lace.

Smell. Full of hops, but not too strong.

Texture. Nice mouthfeel. Felt good on the tongue.

Overall, I can't believe I haven't tried this before. A nice kick and IPA taste, but not overwhelming.

12 oz can, about 5 months old.

I liked this pale ale a bit better than the Mia Mega mix, in that this beer had a nice finish, and was not quite as bitter.
