Lightly hazy dark gold with a persistant head of white foam. Spicy aroma of clove with some white fruit and herbal hops in the background. A thick, malty body with notes of pepper and clove that go just a bit off the rails into medicinal territory in the finish. Pleasant enough, it looks and smells very good, the flavor is just a bit out of control on the yeast front and ends spicy almost to the point of being hot.
