L: pours pitch black with a small fizzy head that fades fast.
S: sweet bourbon and rich chocolate.
T: very good bourbon but not over the top, in the middle I get slight bitterness and dark roast, but the finish is rich chocolate.
F: medium thickness and very smooth.

On tap at The Craft Bar 30A. Pitch black pour with thin tan head. Bourbon n mild vanilla aroma. Smooth balance of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, very mild booze, nothing overpowers. Excellent!

From 750ml bottle hand dated 05.16.17. $20 at brewery. I think only 160 bottles?
Poured into Proof tulip. Pours black with tan head. No lacing.
Smells of Bourbon, chocolate, dry fruit, toasted malt, in that order.
Tastes of sweet malt, ABV warmth and slight burn then exploding with Bourbon and semi sweet malt, bitter chocolate, sweet and smooth aftertaste. Gets much better as it warms, much better!
Overall this has Bourbon all over it, but also showcases the toasty fruity malt flavors that make a great IS. I can't find any flaw in this at all. A very solid stout that stands up to the best of them.

From a 750 bottle into an oversized snifter.
Look is dark black with a nice khaki head
Smell is delicious, very similar smell to the 2015 BCBS, very well balanced with Booze, oak, caramel, and dark fruits
Taste is just the same as the smell, caramel, toffee, dark fruits, followed with smooth bourbon
Feel is probably my only qualm, trust me it isn't thin, but just not the fudgy goodness like Tweak
Overall close to perfect shot at a bourbon barrel aged stout, not to mention it was their first try!
