Draft at brewery
Light fizzy head, decent retention, semi clear honey blond color
Nose mild doughy wheat, creamy malt, tart lemony note and slight sourness, yeasty notes
Taste creamy wheat doughy malt, lemony again with little tartness, mild doughy yeasty note, fruity esters, tangy, sticky sweet finish
Mouth is med to lighter bod, decent carb, little flemmy sticky finish
Overall eh, more saison like than wheat, not really hoppy either for American wheat, def not attenuated enough, prob a good base for the fruited beers but doesn't do well by itself
