(Horseradish red ale)
With wasabi rim
Nice foamy head, good retention and lacing, auburn reddish color
Nose loads of horseradish and wasabi, hint of sweet reddish malts,
Taste very earthy, big horseradish flavor, tingles the lips and a little tongue, mild sweet reddish malts, little yeasty, herbal too, but pretty much liquefied horseradish flavor
Mouth is med to lighter bod, lighter carb plenty of horseradish wasabi tingle
Overall needs balance, more malt and body to come though and balance the horseradish
