Trying the Mint Julip Ale at Monk Brewery in Freo. It poured a clear copper with white head that is leaving a spotty lace. The scent is minty. The taste is mint with a hint of pine...maybe close to spearmint. The Mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's an interesting beer and worth a try .
