A - Dark orange amber body with a glowing dense white head with good retention and leaving streaks of lace.
S - Punchy tropical hop aroma. Cascade and citra are present.
T - Follows the nose with the typical American style IPA flavours of grapefruit and pine.
M - Medium bodied, moderate carbonation.
O - A solid hop forward IPA. An encouraging addition to the Monk's year round selection.
