A - A murky bright amber colour beneath a finger of foamy white head and minimal lacing.
S - Yep, ginger. Plenty of citrus coming through also.
T - Nice. Not as sugary sweet as every other ginger beer Ive sampled. The ginger is prominent of course, and is not artificial tasting. Kaffir lime leaves are there in spades and provide a necessary balancing counter.
M - low carbonation, medium body.
O - Very refreshing and easy to drink. As a lover of both ginger and lime I thoroughly enjoyed my pint.
