I'm not sure why anyone would expect much from a beer of this style. I find it above average.
It's deep yellow, doesn't smell like much, and is a thin, malty beverage. Just right for the style. It's easy drinking and leaves an acceptable aftertaste.
Not recommended, but if it is all you have, enjoy it.

Paris 2/4 2026. 66 cl bottle from s local market close to Gare de Lyon, Paris 12e. Light blue label with a drawing of a toddler sitting on a barrel gulping down beer. A bit inappropriate.
Pours clear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with a bit of sugar. Sweet pale malts, bread and some caramel.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet and malty. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
A very malty and bready affair.

Deep golden color with a mid-sized white head. Aroma of malt, grass, hint of caramel. The taste is malty with fruity and floral notes. Decent lager.

A nice Alsace pale lager. Think I am tasting the Blonde but the bottle just says Fischer Tradition. A little more complex than a lager. Smooth up front, and a little bitter on the back.
