Copenhagen 10/7 2018. 50 cl bottle from Meny. Photo of some Inuits standing by the 69 N, I assume. Seems a bit odd as they write on the label that the beer is made with "Cleanest Gletcher water from Iceland".
Pour very dark amber with a small off-white head. Settles as thin creamy layer of foam barely covering the surface of the beer and crawling up the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is a little stuffy and sweet. Sweet caramel, lightly roasted malts, light notes of brown sugar. Hints of burnt rubber.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft texture.
Flavor has prominent sweetness. Followed by medium bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Finish is semi-dry.
A little tilted too the sweet side.
