Picked up a bottle of this while in Santiago, Chile in early January, 2011. Bottle date shows Nov.18, 2010/May 18, 2011). Enjoyed on 5/13/2011 from a Delirium snifter.
A: Initially pours a pale golden straw color, clear, with little head. As i get closer to the bottom of the bottle, the beer pours with more sediment and begins to cloud. Wisps of white head rest at the top of the beer.
N: Estery yeast with a hint of lemon--not overpowering--with what I perceive to be a slight soapy note.
T/M: Very malt forward with slight hints of lemony hops. Estery notes rest in my mouth at the back of my tongue. Malt notes are buttery with a light sweetness. Not super rich or over powering; tastes similar to a bottle conditioned bock.
I did not have a chance to visit this brewery while in Chile, however I was fairly impressed with their beers. Szot has some impressive beers that venture outside the realm of traditional German-style lagers (the typical Chilean craft-style).

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
