33 cl bottle, best July 2010.
Pours a very pale golden color with a dense white head. Medium cloudiness.
Nose of coriander, wildflower honey, fresh hops like cascade.
Tastes like a honey spritzer, maybe. Fresh, floral, and light. There is a light bitterness that is a bit more present in the finish.
Mouthfeel is light, on the watery side, with a medium effervescent carbonation.
Very drinkable, perfect for a summer day.
Note: The ingredients are listed on the label, and don't include honey. That's just the predominant taste for me.
