This is a spiced and flavored version of Black Raven's Trickster IPA. Pours a deep orangeish amber color with a thick, light tan head that had good retention and lacing.

The aroma was strongly citrus and citrus hop. There was some other spicy scents I couldn't quite nail down. The flavors were similar with the citrus being dominant and the hops secondary.

The body was typical for the style. Drinkability was also typical, but gets extra points for the changeup in flavors.

Overall, a tasty experiment that is more refreshing than a usual IPA. A beer worth trying if you're in the Puget Sound area.
