16oz can (dated 1/29/21, purchased today) poured into 16oz tulip. Poured a bright, clean, clear, coppery-amber color with over an inch of tan head that good retention and light lacing.
Malt forward, as expected from a brew focused on its Skagit Valley grains, with some very light floral hops in the background.
Similar on the tongue, with grain and caramel notes being dominant.
The body was medium, slightly towards full, smooth, and had a semi-sweet finish.
Drinkability was very good, an easy quaffer for sure.
Overall, a very nice brew. Certainly worth a shot if you see it.
