Pours a clear amber color with abundant foam in the Troubadour tulip. Aroma of straw and cereal with a whiff of coconut. Flavor of green melon, a hint of tangerine, and even some avocado. Mild bitter aftertaste. Crisp and spritzy on the tongue, but not very acidic. Some citrus in the aftertaste.
Overall this is pretty mild but thoroughly quaffable. Hops are listed as Azacca, Bravo, Chinook, and Strata, from Roy Farms in Moxee, Wash. From the 16 oz can purchased at Whidbey Beer Works. "Canned on 5/12/21" on the bottom.
