The fine print says "Infused with peaches." I would say it tastes exactly like mint with an aroma of Vietnamese basil. Other than the conflicting notions of flavor, it's quite pleasant. Carbonation is lush and the flavor is mellow, fruity, and herbal. Pours a clear amber with rings of foam in the Brigand chalice.
The aromatics go on and on. Slushy and tangy as it goes down. An intriguing and drinkable oddity. I think they should work on this recipe some more and see what they could make of the concept. From the 16 oz can purchased at the Co-op market.
