Our Brewers' Series is a way for the guys in the brewhouse to experiment with new ingredients, flavors, and techniques. And you get to reap the benefits. Each beer is a limited run that goes straight to tap, so keep your eyes peeled at your favorite bar or restaurant.
THE QUEEN’S ROSEMARY PALE
The Queen’s Rosemary Pale is a Rosemary laced Pale Ale. Horizon and Cascade hops pair beautifully with Rosemary. The herb lends its woodsy, piney, pungent flavor lifting to a clean crisp close.
IBU: 40
Brewer: Jimmy Randall

Had The Queen’s Rosemary Pale in October 2019 at Craft Beer Cellar Ridgeland, Mississippi, on mis-poured draft, with 2+ fingers of head, into clear plastic pint beer cup.
This is (was) an excellent take on the traditional pale ale, spiced (herbed?) up with rosemary, which is huge in the aroma, but subtler in the flavor, showing primarily in the back end and contributing a bit of bite to the almost dry-enough finish.
