Large main building enters into a large merchandise, bar, and dining room. Lots of antique vehicles and hunting paraphernalia surround the seating. Food menu is limited, but snack items abound and are quite tasty. They brew and distill onsite and tours are offered. Large outdoor seating covered and uncovered. Bands are playing frequently. Service is friendly and quick, but not very knowledgeable. 8-12 beers served at a single time, with 6-10 being rotating regulars. Ciders and mead are also made there. Most of the beers are below average, but a couple a quite good. They bottle all of their beers, ciders, and mead. Prices are reasonable. Rarely crowded. Views from the patio area are vast as they are situated atop a hill in pasture country.

Really cool view and patio, but the service, beers, and selection were awful. Couple beers were served with obvious flaws. Real breweries would not have served them. Selection was also pretty slim.

Been here a couple of times and basically this is a long pole building with a brew house and a bar. The bar is rather large and linear with plenty of seating. There is an outside patio seating area as well. The food here is just normal bar stuff, but most of it is of the frozen variety. Hot pretzels, nachos, and pizza are all average at best.

They do have a great variety of beer and cider that they make. I can't remember specifically, but I think you're looking at 12 taps total. Service is just average, and no one I have ever interacted with has really know much about their beers or ciders. They have a gift shop/take out purchase area and regularly run old seasonals on special.

We visited this brewery as a side-trip, for lunch while seeing some museums in nearby Ste. Genevieve. It is certainly out in the middle of nowhere, and our GPS took us by way of a narrow, gravel, check the map and directions first.
The brewpub is larger than expected, with plenty of seating and lots of old breweriana on display, as well as some old cars and tractors. They have both a brewery and a distillery on site, and available for tour.
The beer is solid, but the selection is limited...most are excellent, but they also focused a bit too much on cider and shandys. The food was okay...not exceptional, but just okay.

Great place to relax and get away. Almost in the middle of nowhere but is perfect if you make a day out of it and stop by the wineries, especially crown valley.

Food is decent, the pizza we got was fairly good.

Beer is good. Nothing too outstanding but nothing bad. They had a smoked beer that I rrally enjoyed but I believe they are cancelling production of it.

The service is good, the waitresses are really inviting and friendly.

The atmosphere is great. They have a huge bar inside as well as a huge patio outside with a fire pit for when its cooler out and a great view.

Stopped here on my way back from a trip to St Louis. Kind of a pain because you have to drive 16 miles down a 2 lane curvy highway off of interstate 55 , you get there and it's a huge building

I ordered a flight and the bartender really didn't seem to know much about the beer he was serving , gave generic answers to questions asked about it , the beer fresh was so much better than the bottled stuff I've had. The wooden nickel tasted like a whole different beer and the gunslinger was even better on tap , a group of bicycle riders and two women were in the place and although the building was super nice and neat to look at , not much help on the beer or the process , wish I had time to take the tour , maybe I would have got more out of it , I bought some glass ware and some key chains

Starting with the good - the location is great, nestled nicely amongst some rolling Missouri hills, this is a VERY nicely furnished building that is probably the complete opposite of a "dive bar"... I walked in and wondered "how in the world does such a small name brewery afford such a luxurious bar/storefront.

I came to find - on, unfortunately, one of the most poorly given brewery tours I've been on - that the brewery was started by a businessman to add on to their business, and that the owner doesn't even care for beer. This made sense as I quickly realized most of the employees didn't seem to be enjoying the beer, being there, or the craft beer industry itself.

The beer itself is definitely not bad, but definitely not anything I'd go out of my way to get again. The only beer worth noting would be there smoked black cabin, I believe - everything else, an ex-AB brewer's attempt at every major style to simply bring in revenue... many more deserving breweries out there to spend your time or money on.

What a way to spend Mother's day, nice hour and 20 minute drive down to Crown Valley Brewery. Watch out for that last 15 miles down B road off 55 Hwy, it's a long and winding road for sure.

Huge open air type building, high ceiling really complements the wooden bar and tables. Plenty of seating - 100+ in both the inside area, and outside - which has a spectacular view of the rolling hills, valleys and the next door horse stable. This place has a county club feel to it as the inside sports a cozy fireplace and sofa. Not a sports bar, it does have plenty of TVs to catch the Cardinal game while enjoying over 8 types of beer, and a cider. An antique Ford truck, sleigh and tractor are also on display inside - which has the brewery operation visable through glass windows.

A connected county store lets you purchase Bison sausage, cheese and crackers - even a sandwich if needed to go with the $4 pints of beer served in proper glassware. Coffee, jellies, glassware, olive oil are just some of the other items offered for sale.

They also bottle, and offer mixed singles to go at $3 each.

WELL worth a trip down to this clean air wonder brewery!
