Nice deep copper color with a thick off-white head with medium retention.
Malty aroma with sweet notes of caramels and some spices.
Flavor is not that sweet as suggested by the nose, with good attenuation and hops balancing its malty base. Notes of caramels, toasted malts, grassy and mild peppery hops, some booze, guaraná powder and mild spices. Finishing with just a hint of coffee. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness.
Medium body with good carbonation.
Bock faithful to style. Decent local option if you dig the style.
