Had it on tap at Hop’n Roll in Curitiba, Brazil, some time ago, going through my personal notes... 4C comes from Citra, Centennial, Chinook and Columbus hops.
Dark brown color. Despite the fact that its head vanished quickly, it produced a nice hoppy and fruity aroma, predominantly pineapple and passion fruit.
Delicious flavor of slightly toasted malts and hops, mostly passion fruity.
Interesting beer and well balanced, even with its high alcohol content and IBU.
