.33L emptied into a Pokal.
A: Pours cloudy orange with a 1-finger head which quickly receeds to a thin ring. No lacing.
S: Sweet fruit, light barley malt, faint hops, honey, bananas.
M: Light bodied with mild carbonation.
T:Weak barley and very little hop presence. I can really tast the Roiboos and Honeybush tea that this is infused with. Loaded with rice adjuncts. Sweet, almost in the style of a Radler. Middling finish, sweetish aftertaste.
D: Marketed as Bio and Fair Trade, this was brewed for the 2010 FIFA WM in South Africa. I think they tried a little too hard to put these ingredients together. It smells great, but the taste is rather weak and certainly not complicated enough for the amount of effort put forth to craft it. It goes down easy and with little effort.
