Safe as Milk is a unique IPA made with comet, pekko, and two experimental hop varieties. The beer was openly fermented like our Supercool IPA, but with the CTBB yeast strain that originated at Orval, lending an appetizing spiciness to the profile over a forest-like hop character of pine, earth, and lemon.

Crowler from Bailey's.
A mildly hazy orange with a dense, off-white head with good retention and lacing, this looks solid. The nose is decidedly hoppy, but with a blend that's hard to pin down. Fruity with citrus, some honey, pulpy orange juice, lemon, a little passionfruit and melon. A soft, fruity yeast note is present as well. The palate opens medium bodied but with minimal sweetness, along with a moderate hop bitterness. Plenty juicy with a wonderful fresh orange note to go with some grapefruit and a little passionfruit. This isn't a hazy juice bomb, though - this has a potent bitterness and is clean and focused. Drying on the palate with a lingering bitterness, this beer is quite excellent.
