750 mL bottle poured into a snifter. Bottle # 51 of 57.
Appearance - Copper body. Mostly clear. Medium khaki head.
Smell - Fruity. Green apples. Some cherry. Very bretty.
Taste - More caramel, but still has a fruity apple flavor. A little tart. Toffee sweetness in the middle. Tangy brett finish.
Mouthfeel - Medium-light to medium body. Tangy more than sour.
Overall - Complex, but clashing. I was never a big fan of Six. The barrel is interesting, at least.
