Winter Stout is our brand new draft only twist on a hoppy American-style stout and is available now. It's open fermented with our house Belgian yeast, but mashed on the high side to maintain a full flavor and body that's balanced out by generous use of perle, magnum, and nugget hops in the kettle, plus a willamette and nugget dryhop addition.
