Brewed for the ninth annual Cheers to Belgian Beers Festival, is one of our most aromatic beers yet. It starts with a simple grist similar to the Engelberg Pilsener, but the beer is openly fermented with a flavorful Belgian Abbey yeast. A post-fermentation addition of Townshend's No.72 herbal tea blend is what pushes the profile bright and citrus forward, with big orange/tangerine notes in the nose and earthy ginseng, licorice and rosehips showing later. The beer drinks much like a wit but with a crisper mouthfeel.

on tap at Bailey's. smooth easy-drinker with mellow tea character and orange just showing up slightly in the aftertaste. nothing revolutionary but can do the trick on a hot day.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
