Winter IPA was brewed like the Supercool, using our house blend of saison yeasts in the open fermenter, but with different hopping and a more robust malt profile. The beer uses classic hops like chinook, cascade, and centennial but is not dominated by them, instead favoring a relatively balanced character that is satisfying pint after pint.
