Junior's Coffee Stout is a collaboration with Mike Nelson of Guilder Cafe and Junior's Roasted Coffee. The base beer is a straightforward recipe with a rich malty character and smooth roast flavors, but the coffee adds several layers, notably a fresh nuttiness and soft blueberry note on the palate.

On tap at ABV.
Black with a dense, brown head with good retention and lacing, this looks good. Soft fruity nose with a mild peach note from yeast pairing well with cherry and cocoa from the coffee. Incredibly soft and creamy on the palate, there's a great blend of roasted malt, a truly incredible creamy and delicately fruity coffee note. Clean, bitter, moderately roasted finish. Excellent.
