Vintage Ives Blend is a draft-only cut of our best casks, dating back to 2016 and 2017. This select blend shows complex brettanomyces development in the nose and layers of well integrated and balanced acidity, finishing with long lasting minerality and appetizing dryness.

On tap at the brewery.
A clear light orange with a thin white head that falls off rapidly leaving little lacing. The nose is excellent. Deep and funky with a clear Upright barrel character. Lemon, lactic acid, peach pit, orange peel, lemon peel, earth, a little spicy bitterness, white pepper, a little mushroom. There's a ton going on here. The palate opens with a bright lemony sourness with layers of lemon, lemon peel, preserved lemon and key lime. An earthy note of dried limes is present. Moderate lactic acid, mild oak and vanilla. Drying, bitter and moderately sour on the finish, this beer is light in body and moderately carbonated. It feels just a hair watery, especially on the mid palate. All told, this is excellent.
