NW Pils uses a classic American lager yeast and Mt. Hood hops all the way through. Extra light bodied but with an expressive aroma and complex bitter lemon flavor, this single hop pils is built for early summer.

Crowler from the brewery.
Straw yellow with a gorgeous, dense, white head with good retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is clean and focused on the hops. Bright, lemony, earthy, mild mineral notes, asking with a crisp and softly bready pils malt character. The palate opens bitter with lemon and spearmint up front, followed by an earthy, dusty, mildly mineraly hop flavor. Intensely hoppy and hop focused, there's an oily bitterness present, one that coats the palate and allows the malt to play second fiddle. Very clean, and actually a little watery but for the hop oils, this beer is light in body and crisply carbonated. A long lasting bitterness lingers on into the finish.
