Oishi IPA blends complex, fruity hops with Mecca Grade malt for a bright, summer IPA. Whole leaf el dorado in the kettle and a huell melon dryhop yield strawberry and cantaloupe notes, while a touch of raw rye and Styrian colibri provides a contrasting earthiness.

Crowler from the brewery.
A clear light orange with a dense white head with excellent retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is solid. Bright, pungent and bitter, moderately resiny and quite punchy. Grapefruit, earth, mild fragrant strawberry and melon complement a distinct base malt character. The palate opens bitter with melon, citrus and some earth. Along with this is a mild pine note. A light but deeply toasted grain character with minimal sweetness is present Drying on the finish, bitter and mildly oily, this lightly carbonated beer is quite tasty.
