A clear light orange with a dense, white head that falls off leaving little lacing. The nose is primarily a soft, delicate gose, with light coriander and a mild lactic tartness. As it warms up, a mild earthy, savory mushroom character appears. Light straw and grain. In the palate, this has a ton of lovely mushroom that complements the tartness and earthy notes really well. There's light coriander and a touch of salt to pair with the mushroom. A touch watery on the palate but drying with nice acidity. Very good.
