Prescott Pils is a rustic, open fermented lager made entirely with Oregon ingredients. Barley grown at Goshie Farms creates a flavorful base, with warm malt tones to support generous hopping of meridian and willamette, including a light dry addition yielding deep herbal flavors.

Crowler from the source.
A crystal clear light yellow with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing. The nose is massively hoppy, bright, lemony, pungent, earthy, a touch perfumey. The base malt is light, a touch cracker like but otherwise rather simple and hidden. The palate opens bitter, earthy and pungent, really hoppy with moderate bitterness. So hoppy this has soapy characteristics to go with the earth, lemon and perfume. The base malt is not particularly distinctive, partly because of how hoppy this is. Drying, bitter, oily and pungent on the finish. Quite excellent, though a touch too hoppy? Light in body, crisply carbonated but with a soft fullness I've come to associate with open fermented beers, this feels quite wonderful on the palate.
