Dry Hopped Pale is a fresh take on a classic, using European ingredients throughout. With a grist of one-third pale, pils, and wheat malts from Belgium, hopping from kazbek and styrian wolf, and a cool wit yeast open fermentation, this pale is probably unlike any you've had, eschewing ubiquitous tropical flavors for a layered profile full of earthy and herbal notes.

A clear golden orange with a dense, white head with excellent retention and lacing, this looks great! The nose has a ton of dry hop character, fruity, spicy, mildly earthy, somewhat herbal, a little allspice and grains of paradise, maybe? A nice, deep, grainy wheat character is present.
The palate opens grainy, spicy, mildly citrusy with a blend of wheat, cracker, a touch of floral character, some grainy, seedy bitterness, some tarragon and citrus. This is followed by a mid-palate with grain and hoppy spice notes. The spicy dry hop expression is unique and well done. Drying, crisp on the finish , refreshing and very tasty.
