A really light pale yellow with a dense white head with great retention and lacing, this looks great. The nose is lovely. Soft Maris Otter malt, creamy, with light caramel and toffee , firm earthy hops with a light fruity character. The palate opens pillowy, soft and creamy, expertly conditioned with a blend of mild but firm bitterness and a lovely malt character with good depth - flavors of light caramel, toffee, a little bread. Gorgeous mouthfeel, super creamy but with a lovely firming bitterness on the finish. Lovely.
