On tap at Lombard House.
Gin up front, fragrant, juniper and citrus rich followed by fresh Strata, resiny, fruity and straining to rein in the gin. Nocino is mild, present mostly as a mildly nutty flavor. The palate opens rather tropical with the gin and Strata pairing and parrying well. Juicy on the mid palate with a unique blend of hop and gin, with a hint of nutty flavor, particularly on the finish, where its a little astringent. Excellent, unique use of fresh hops.
