A clear light yellow with a dense, off-white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is excellent. The base gose is essentially the entirety of the nose, with a delicate, earthy mushroom accent. Coriander seed character with a light lemony brightness is present. Raw, doughy wheat. Intoxicating nose.. The palate opens tart, bright with lemon, a lightly piquant acidity, before the light coriander and salt notes make this extra quenching. Earthy, mildly pine like mushroom character. Drying, quenching, vibrant on the finish. Wonderful construction and layering of flavors and conditioning. Light in body with the perfect level of acidity, creamy yet crisp carbonation.
