On tap at the source.
A hazy light yellow with a dense, white head with excellent retention and lacing. The nose is floral, perfumey, with a delicate fruity yeast character, a mild spice note. An austere dried orange peel character is present. The grain character is reserved with a slightly more rounded bread-like character than a pure wheat-based malt bill would yield. The palate is clean, crisp, snappy, mildly doughy with floral notes of jasmine and rose, a light bread character. The mid-palate has citrus and spice. Dry, crisp, quenching. Tasty.
